Mango Tree Leasing
3.1 Tree Ownership
Leasing a tree does not transfer legal ownership of farmland or trees to customers. Customers receive seasonal harvesting rights based on the selected package.
3.2 Natural Farming Conditions
Mango production depends on:

- Seasonal changes
- Natural farming factors
- Pest and environmental conditions
Actual yield may slightly vary from estimated quantities.
3.3 Guaranteed Quantity
TreeKart will provide the minimum guaranteed quantity mentioned in the selected package whenever applicable.
Orders & Payments
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- TreeKart reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders if payment issues occur.
- Prices and package details may change without prior notice.
Delivery Policy
- Deliveries are available only in selected service areas.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on harvest schedules and logistics.
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
- TreeKart is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, transport disruptions, incorrect customer information, or events beyond our control.
Farm Visits & Farm Stay
Customers visiting farms must:
- Follow farm safety guidelines
- Respect farm property and workers
- Avoid damaging trees or equipment
- Supervise children during visits
TreeKart reserves the right to deny entry for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Tree Leasing
- Once flowering or harvesting begins, leasing payments may become non-refundable.
- Refund eligibility depends on the package and cancellation timing.
Product Orders
- Damaged or spoiled deliveries must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.
- Approved refund or replacement requests will be processed within a reasonable period.
Organic Farming Disclaimer
TreeKart follows natural and organic farming practices. However:
- Shape, size, and appearance of mangoes may naturally vary.
- Natural farming may produce seasonal differences in taste and yield.
Intellectual Property
